@@yvonnemetz1 Now MY granddaughter is ~ 7 mo, and I’m making another one for her and two more girl babies on their way this summer! I have made a variety of headbands but w/o THIS ☝️ type of beginning row they all have a slightly tighter edge - I’ll admit the tighter row can help keep head band under a babies ears but they don’t fit for very long! Thanks 🙏🏼 again 🤗

Hi there, ch 36 and in 2nd ch from hook start your sc, you should end up with 35 sc. You don't count the skipped ch at the beginning. Hope this helps, thanks for watching.

@yvonnemetz14 жыл бұрын
Hi Cristina, Sorry for the late response! It's been crazy these last few weeks! That would really depend on the babies head. Measure it and then chain about 1 1/2 less, the headband will stretch. Hope this helps & Thanks for watching!

Lovely headband. How many chains for 3 year old and teenager?
@yvonnemetz16 жыл бұрын
Zakia Paschal thank you for the comment! You would need to measure the head an average head size is between 18-21 inches. It will stretch so you’d want to do 1 1/2’ smaller. Hope that helps & thanks for watching!

@yvonnemetz16 жыл бұрын
Hey there. You just need to make your chain the length you need. If head size is 16" stop chaining at about 14 1/2 - this will stretch. This pattern is just by measurements. You might get a different count then I did as I crochet tight. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

how many chains for a 0-3 months
@yvonnemetz15 жыл бұрын
Hi Alexandra, sorry for the late response - This past month has been busy for me. You would chain 2" less then what you would need. Example if head measures 16" chain til you get to about 14 or 14 1/2" (it should stretch to 16") depending on yarn used. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
