I make a berry cobbler and carrot cake with soda.

Should have given oven temperature since you were cooking two totally different things at once, not to mention starting one in the oven cooking while getting the other one ready to go in. Temp and timing on both of these would be helpful

Don’t let the zero sugar fool you. Diet drinks are not good for you, unless it’s made with stevia or another NATURAL sugar. Those look awesome, Justine 😊. Pineapple juice and carbonated water would be an excellent substitute for those who are watching their sugar👍. Great ideas, as usual ❤

Rootbeer tastes like cough medicine; try ginger ale to give it spice kick. Cake sank in after baking. To fix it, mix a tablespoon baking powder and baking soda to the cake powder, 3 tablespoon neutral oil, and one beaten egg. Fesh berries less watery; or mix berries in corn starch as thickening agent for juice release. Bake at 350-375 degree (180) for 10 minutes more than direction on the box or till golden crispy on top. Let cake cool before frosting. Add room temperature cream cheese and powder sugar to whip cream then refrigerate before frosting the cake. If you cannot use real pure vanilla extract, don't use anything at all. Imitation is not a good option.☮☮👍👍

Why are you using a Chef's knife to spread frosting? Fork instead of a whisk? Small measuring cup instead of a bowl to whip cream? Of you used s larger bowl it wouldn't have been so hard to whip. Surprisingly most of your recipes usually look more appetizing. These, not so much. The berry fruit cake looked ok, until you cut into it. It was too runny. Cornstarch or flour could have thickened it. Plus, frozen fruit lets out a lot of juice content. Maybe fresh berries cooked down with sugar perhaps.
