When i bake the second batch it always burn from the bottom. May i know the reason? And solution for the same

The kadai may become hotter, so let the kadai cool slightly between batches or reduce the flame slightly for the second batch to avoid overheating the base.

How to check is it baked or not?

Look at the edges of the cookies: They should be golden brown while the center remains slightly soft (or) The aroma of baked cookies becomes stronger as they near completion. A strong, toasty, and sweet smell indicates they’re almost done.
