I do forearm stretches everyday and massage them also. I've been telling people for years this stops carpal tunnel syndrome.

@@zarcone1980 because your forearm muscles are the only ones that control that entire area and your hands which doesn't have muscles. Keep the forearm muscles massaged and stretched and there will be no carpal tunnel problems. I just did it before and after typing this. It will also help hand aches.

Word to the wise. Do this if you know you have carpal tunnel. I assumed I did and did this stretch which made it ten times worse. I had tendinitis not carpal. Learn from my failure ;)
