I love how approachable your recipes are. So many food content creators, create these elaborate recipes that cost a lot to make because of all the ingredients. I made the oven baked feta pasta, I didn’t have basil so I just added a bunch of spinach instead. ITS SUPER GOOD. As someone’s who’s trying to cook their own meals and trying to eat healthier all of her recipes are super easy to follow and even modify to fit your own tastes. I pretty much have 0 cooking skills but her recipes are easy

Thank you for your video's! I would literally pay someone to mealprep like this for me every week. It's very hard to cook or mealprep with almost no energy due to chronic illness. While it's so important to eat healthy food! I try to at least meal prep one or two meal(s) for the week. If all the other meals fail, I have at least one healthy option 😊.

Love these so much Selma! I just moved into my very own apartment and I’ve been using pre made meal kits since I moved in. While I love having everything pre measured for me, it does get expensive. Hi Selma! I've been following you for a while and I love your channel! Today I decided to try my first recipe, which was the granola bars. They taste yummy, but they didn't get the same consistency as yours. Parts of it are Chewie, parts are crumbled. Any idea why this happened? Looks good! What makes up 30g of protein in the pasta meal? Do u eat two servings to equal 30g vs one serving - 15g?

Thank you☺️ The lentil pasta I use contains 25g protein per 100g, so in one about 80g serving there’s already 20g protein + the protein from the feta, which equals to around 28-29g protein😁
