Guys who like me also don't have magical glass bowls- you can bake this in a baking tray and then when it's cooked divide over your plastic Tupperware;)

For those looking to try the healthier mac and cheese - I tried the recipe in the video and it is fairly light on cheese. If you want it to REALLY taste like a traditional bowl of mac'n'cheese I would honestly double the cheese amount or match it with nutritional yeast. But even following the recipe as it is, the cottage cheese is VERY well masked and the seasonings are great. Definitely add garlic if you can!

I love this idea I do have a gluten allergy as well as animal proteins so I am going to see if I can swap the eggs for flax or banana

This did not come out right for me. The batter was very liquidy, did not cook properly, and tasted eggy when cooked. Will try to experiment with the recipie. Anyone had luck baking this in an air fryer?

As an extremely picky eater with dietary restrictions and who generally hates cooking - I love that all of this actually seems realistic and tasty to me!!! It’s hard to find stuff like that ☺️

You can actually use yeast flakes to enrich the cheese flavor AND get a healthy dose of B-Vitamins for the lunch recipe

I'd wish each recipe comes with calorie number 😅 but I did the work and counted: 1700 for everything. 1400 if you give up one of the meals. Everything is so well ballanced, nutritious and yummy, cannot wait to prepare this when I come back from my holidays ❤

I have tried both the pancake bowls and the Mac and cheese recipes, and they are so delicious! One thing about the pancake bowl: the Greek yogurt flavor is definitely there, but I don’t mind it personally. I bought lentil pasta just for the Mac and cheese, and I loved it! Only thing is the texture is a little bit stiffer than normal pasta.

I made 1 serving of the pancakes bowl, here is my calorie calculation. I got 290 calories with 28g of protein. 3/4c Dannon light fit greek yogurt (cal:90 p:14g) 6Tbps Egg Beaters egg whites (cal:50 p:10g) 1packet Equal sweetner (cal:0 p:0g) 1tsp Imitation Vanilla (cal:p p:0g) 1/3c AP Flour (cal:150 p:4.3g) 1tsp Baking Powder I topped with three sliced strawberries. I actually only baked it for ~20 mins (it was alr cooked thru and golden brown) but idk if that’s just my airfryer - brand is Gourmia I would so drizzle with syrup bc it don’t have much of a taste of its own.

I tried the pancake bake recipe and used frozen fruit plus half gluten free flour, half spelt flour. It was very wet and baking time was more like 50 mins her in Southern Oregon. Consistency was pretty moist and souffle-like versus pancake-y. I'd add more flour next time, use fresh fruit, and not do GF to see if it improves the texture.

@@cryptoqueen4520 I purchased 5 ounce square pans and baked them for 20 to 25 minutes but that wasn’t enough time. The pancake still wasn’t cooked in the middle so I added another five minutes.

Hi, we're your pancake fully cooked inside, and if so, how long did you leave them in to cook, I see many comments of not fully cooked inside when done. Thanks

@@aprilgayles8389 Hi! Mine were fully cooked in 20 minutes. I used all purpose gluten-free flour mix that contains psyllum husk powder which absorbs some of the liquid, so if using wheat flour for example the batter may be more runny and won’t cook as quickly☺️

I tried making the pancake bowl in the oven but with a twist. I only did 1 serving instead of 3 and I wanted to put them in silicone cupcake molds to have them as little snacks instead, I did 2 tablespoons per mold. After making them and baking them for 20-25 min they were still not that great, the inside was soggy (underbaked), I put them in the oven again later for another 10min so they became a bit more brown over the top but still the inside was very soggy and I did not like the taste unfortunately. I think I'd like it more if I did cinnamon instead of the vanilla extract! The vanilla extract is rather overpowering. I've tried many of your recipes already and they were all great so this was just not one for me xD

Please report back!! I want to try them too but I saw someone say they made them and they had like zero flavor 😩. But they used only egg whites/no yolks- not sure if that would make that much of a difference

@@amberw5605 hiya, I made this exactly as the recipe states, I have to admit it didn’t have a huge amount of flavour but the fruit tastes delicious and it definitely helped. I’d say maybe add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to enhance the flavour a bit more, and use a good amount of fruit as that really helps. One thing you could do is use some low sugar strawberry jam and swirl a couple tablespoons of that in when you add the fruit 😊

@@HelenHollywoodVlogs Great idea and tips for making it more tasty by upping the maple syrup and swirling in the jam. And will look delightful too! I made a whole bunch of jams over the summer that I need to use up. Great way to use them besides on my homemade scones! Lol! Thanks!! 😄

I tried to make the pancake bowls, and since I don’t have several small bowls I made it all into one big bowl. It ended up not too baked on the inside, although I left it around 15 minutes more in the oven, and I’m honestly not too happy with the taste, I’m not sure if it’s something I did or is it the bowls thing 🥲 Is it supposed to be a little liquidy on the inside? I’d love to incorporate protein powder into the pancakes. If I were to do so, would all the ingredients remain the same? Or could I reduce the amount of flour for example? Thank you!

Great idea! If you add a scoop of protein powder, I would add only about 2-3 tablespoons of flour☺️

So, a lot of the high-protein meal folks really rely on dairy. Dairy-free yogurts & cheeses tend to be high in sugars and processed oils.

Great ideas to enhance meals, I’ve never tried cottage cheese in cooking or baking since I can’t get past the texture but perhaps it will taste better when the ingredients combine. But it’s not something I’d buy simply because no one eats it. I will try it for the kids Mac and cheese.
