तुमचे सर्व व्हिडिओ मी बघत आहे, इतके जबरदस्त आणि छान तुम्ही व्हिडिओ बनवला आहार, खरोखरच लोकांनी याचा लाभ घेतला पाहिजे, जी माहिती तुम्ही देत आहात ते नॉर्मल लोकांना कधीच कळली नसती जर तुम्ही ह्या सर्व व्हिडिओज बनवले नसते तर, खरोखरच ह्या सर्व व्हिडिओ बद्दल मी तुमचा आभारी, तुम्ही तुमच्या कडून छान सेवा करत आहात लोकांची, मी एक योगा शिक्षक आहे, तुम्ही शिकलेल्या सर्व गोष्टी किती महत्त्वाच्या आहेत, हे मला चांगलंच ठाऊक आहे आणि मी प्रयत्न करीन तुम्ही शिकवलेलं ज्ञान लोकांपर्यंत पोहोचण्यासाठी मी कार्य करीन. मॅडम तुमचे खूप खूप आभार .

Thanks a lot for sharing! I have been having calf & foot pain all day long. Although I am working out at home very nicely & walking, running, I could not find a solution. I go to gym regularly, but unable to right now. I tried doing it along with you, and can feel relief in the pain. Thanks again! Looking forward to more! 👍🏻😊

Thank you so so much rujuta mam, I am suffering from fascitis problem from around 4-5 days and , I did this and some more excercise you suggested for leg pain and sit for गावके लोगों जैसा बैठना and I feel miracle , in fascitis pain it reduce drastically , I have gratitude to you and my body it's support very quickly , lots of bleesing to you.
