Hi AB you've done make my mouth water and my stomach rumble once again. What a great recipe and I am going to try it today. I am going to try to level up with some scallions today and see how it is. Oh one thing Im not sure how it will taste is a Fried Meatloaf Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pepper Jack or Swiss Cheese. That sounds interesting isn't it. I just thought about that. They raved about this! Even loved the left-overs! This may be the best "non-steak" beef I have ever eaten! Can hardly wait to make it again! You are my hero! Many thanks and much gratitude. I love this guy! He knows how to cook. There are literally thousands of ways to mix up a meatloaf, and all you need to do is start out with 2 pounds of ground meat and 2 eggs - the rest is up to your own personal tastes and imagination! There is no such thing as the 'best' meatloaf recipe in the world as it is up to one's personal taste. Whenever I mix up a loaf it's NEVER the same - different ingredients each time with no specific measurements. Great cooking comes from the heart. (Please don't misunderstand, I'm not claiming to be a great cook, I just like to follow my own drum beat.) This dude's recipe, however, is one to try! (Ya know, right?!) 😆

Just made this tonight with 85-15 beef and 80-20 pork and it came out bombbbbbb. I didn't have a bread loaf or meatloaf pan so I used a small square pan with high walls, worked just as good. Might have to serve this for the family for thanksgiving.

I made a meatloaf right before this video came out. At times, I had used 80 - 20 but after baking half of the loaf was swimming in fat. So now I use ground sirloin, fried up some sausage out the casing and included that in the mix. A nice sweet glaze, I think, is an undiluted can of tomato soup over the top. Hand squishing is essential 😄 Thanks for another great recipe, CHEF 🥰

Oh my goodness. This is the first time I've ever made a meatloaf. I didn't have ground beef. I used what I had ground turkey and ground sausage a mixer to with all the ingredients. I didn't make it for me I made it for a man that volunteers at a pantry because he asked for one this thing is so good I just had a taste of it. I cannot thank you enough Sir.
