Once again, you showed me a new way to use what I already have. Your cards are beautiful. I use eyelets once in a while, but I don't have the fancy tools. I use a setting tool and a ball peen hammer on an old plastic cutting board. Not as easy, but get the same results. Use what we have, right?? Love all your videos. I come away having learned something every time. You make my retirement so much more pleasant.😀

Hi Lindsay. I suffered a serious illness recently (basically I had 8 strokes in a 10 month period) and at the young age of 41 it was horrifying. I lost the ability to do all the things i love and had to alter my life drastically. I found art again which is great and your videos kept me going through the tough times and taught me a lot. Recently my local hobbycraft had a sale and reduced their 14ml winsor and newton professional paints to £1.00 each! As you can imagine I was gobsmacked at the price so I virtually cleared them out and bought over 100 tubes! So as a massive thankyou I would like to send you some if you would like? Let me know if you want some. Thanks again Lindsay and greetings from the UK.

What a gift to have found your videos. Years ago I was over the moon for Peg Stamps and got them out again tonight after watching your video and got the fever again. Love how you craft and teach, easy breezy cool! I want everything from your site of course but have started my Wishlist. Do you have and sell your extra index cards from old sets as I loved how you laminated them but I love to make Frig Magnets out of that size floral papers. IF so, would love to buy some, MANY! Being on a budget, have to allow biweekly purchases but so far, am loving your site/store. Thank you so much for getting me back into the joy of stamping again. After 25 yrs, I had lost interest but have got my Oxide Inks and ready to go!

My peg stamps are organized by what they are. Daisy & sunflower-type flowers, wild and domestic-type rose flowers, leaves, twigs, berries, animals, leafy twigs, pine (cones and needles), and Christmas are some of my categories. Size doesn’t matter because I pop them into a quart-sized ziplock bag which is plenty roomy. Right now, the bags are piled into 2 smallish cardboard boxes that live on my desk. The set from whence they came doesn’t matter to me.

The card is great; love it. Good storage solutions too. We eat a lot of ready to eat organic salad greens and I use the clear boxes it comes in for storage and organization. . They work well b/c they are see through and they have lids so you can stack them on top of each other if need be.

Beautiful cards Lindsay, I am still struggling to find a great watercolour paper that is good for water colour but also for printing on too. In order that I can print an outline and water colour or colour with my Prismacolour coloured pencils. Great tips about the painter's tape thanks Lindsay and the containers. I try and find containers that are a good size for the objects that are to go in them. Love the look of the cards but I don't have any of the things you used, I don't even have a crop-a-dile yet, but 1 question - do you have to use specific eyelets and brads with the crop-a-dile, like their brand only? I need to make a simple card for a friend who's in a lot of physical pain, so I wanted to make something to cheer her up. I'm going to look through some of your other videos for something I can do. Thanks again for everything. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas

Would these eyelet punches be ok to use just for punching holes in tags?....I have been using a hole punch for tags but feel the hole is sometimes on the large side for the smallness of some of my tags
@gimmedatstick7 жыл бұрын
I just recently used my cropadile for the first time, and punched the holes, used the eyelets, and threaded 1/4" ribbon through them for a tassel for bookmarks I made. Worked perfectly!!!
@gimmedatstick7 жыл бұрын
Also...that cropadile is worth every cent I paid for it. It has two sizes of hole punches--both smaller than the regular 1/4" punch. It can set the two sizes of eyelets, and the punch can go through multiple layers of cardstock or paper like butter. My bookmarks were actually little booklets, with a front and back cover of cardstock and 5 layers of typing paper weight pages, too. Worked like a charm! Punched through all 7 layers at once. If you invest in one, look up some "user tips" videos on KZbin, because the cropadile instruction pamphlet with mine wasn't very informative. And you could see if you could use on of the "% off" coupons at one of the big box craft stores. Good luck with your tags!.......gimmedatstick (aka Gina)
