r7 is huge, it almost demotivates me on my hunter that i didn't get r7. one of my guildies is stockpiling the new commendations and coins pre-emptively for next phase since he thinks the same thing is going to happen again. i think the fear of missing out on pvp gear will motivate me to do STV for weeks lol

For solo: 3 spots. WPL first field, WPL second field or Sorrow Hill. You have to do first 2 cauldron quests, so you can loot Osseus Agitator from skellies and Somatic Intensifiers from Ghouls/Zombies. Then just keep grinding while you have Argent Dawn commission equipped and Vitreous focuser in inventory. Turn in scourgestones and repeatable cauldron quests. NOTE: Osseus Agitator cauldron repeatable quest gives 25 rep at level 50, BUT only 15 rep at level 60.

great to hear shadycarry, i highly recommend if you are new prioritizing the incursions for a while though. consistent 70-80 gold per hour will REALLY get you far. are you 50 yet?

@@NOHITJEROME yes sorry I should have been more specific. SOD is my first time playing wow but I did start at the beginning of SOD. With the game opening up so much more in phase 3 I didn't really know good ways to invest my time.

hmm...frankly that's the big problem with WOW. It's a game that is far and away MOST fun when you have a plan of what you want to do. for example "getting all the alchemy recipes so you can be the guild alchemist" - in your case what kind of goals do you have? do you want to get into the raid and perform at a high level? maybe some pvp goals?

@@NOHITJEROME I have done a ton of alchemy, its how I have made all my gold since I didn't really succeed with any of the farms I tried. I have almost every recipe besides greater arcane elixir. After this video I have been farming mara solo and starting to get the hang of it. I can't do the ancient for some reason tho, playing mage and everytime I blink he resets.

it's really great, now I've had a high success with the firewater BUT I did see a guy get murdered doing this strat at 5 in the morning yesterday while filming. are you on a pve server or pvp? just preparing for any potential lawsuits when you get the chief to the guards and a rogue pops out.. :D

most were there week 1... i was able to farm over 40 in the first week before it was crowded theres a trick to get one fast but ill save that for myself

Any updated ideas for multibox farming? Burnt out on incursions and the PVP aspect makes it much harder, I’m marked for death always.

multibox options: 1) cobalt mageweavers for arcanite whelping recipe / gapp recipe / mature blue dragon sinew 2) wyverns f or lw shoulder 3) transmute alts with bonus quest (not sure if anything is profitable atm but we should look into it) 4) obscure recipes (crusader comes to mind, nobody is farming it atm) 5) winterspring demons in the south (eye of shadow day 1 should be worth a solid amount) - ultimately none of this beats multibox incursion tho

8:22 was able to get 2 of these in a hour

thank you mjd, good luck. it's very effective, and you can kill 3 mobs at once. just be careful of the rogues showing up out of nowhere. 1 in 10 runs you might see one. they can't resist opening when they see your train of mobs lol

I don't see how I could do the Princess strat or the Argent Dawn tree cheese as a Paladin. I think the only thing I could do would be the firewater. Any recommendations on solo farms for melee?

hmm..princess is probably worst on paladin, what about ZF? I always remember there being a very nice ZF farm for paladin. maybe it's too slow though. realistically nothing is going to beat the 80g/hr you can make from incursions..alas

I started soloing mara on both my locks. I got BOED on my 43rd and 28th attempt respectfully. Now idk what do with my time... lol You can also use a lesser potion of invis after being stuck in the rock.

For the guard method in Winterspring why do we need someone else in the party for it to work?

just the way the exploit works, if you aren't in a party you have to do the majority of the damage. if you are in a party with someone in the zone you can do 1 damage and the guards can do 99.999% and you get the loot

@@NOHITJEROME ye, since then I managed to do it. Exactly as you say: slow but it works. And the dino is very easy, just spamming sunfire in cat form. 🙂 So far I just had time for 3 successful runs, but I think there are many more to come.

I have not started investing a lot in one class yet because I can't decide what class to main.. I'm thinking either Rogue, Warrior or hunter (maybe also shaman) I want a class that can always be top of dps meter but also not useless in pvp and I don't care about making other classes do more dps (I wanna be the one who pumps) any advice for what class I should main? help me please 😂 (I care mostly about next phase)

Right now hunter just got a huge buff. rogue got a small buff. warrior might get a nerf. raid desirability: #1 shaman #2 warrior #3 hunter #4 rogue, farming / open world #1 hunter #2 shaman #3 rogue #4 warrior, pvp #1 shaman #2 hunter (debatable) #3 rogue #4 warrior..feels like shamans are pretty great but i don't know if you like that playstyle

@@user-nv5fo3pu1wI have a shaman and a rogue at 50 right now, I was a shaman main in phase 2 but as you mentioned the totems just feel super clunky, rogue feels super good in PvE and PvP and I’ve decided to main it for p3 and into p4, raid desirability is a small issue tho for rogues but as long as you have a guild that runs the raids and will bring you you’re good to go, I’m top DPS in my guilds ST runs 95% of the time and my shaman buddy is always yelling they need to nerf rogues so he can beat me on dps kekw

Ya the phase is by far the worst most of my guild getting burned out. The only thing to do is farm gold for the next phase which Is no fun and I question why I'm doing it

You can actually work towards max level stuff in this phase, alot better than previous phases I feel like.

it's a burnout phase for sure. you need so much gold for cards, so much gold for next phase, so much gold for every alt. i think the best mileage you can get is to farm everything yourself other than the cards. ie farming alchemy recipes, stockpiling recipes for next phase, really almost playing it like ironman or self found. otherwise it's just a mountain of gold like you said and you question why you are even doing it

@@NOHITJEROME I farm the leather in Azshara, way better respwntime and a route with pretty much no downtime besides the running. Super easy to kill on feral/hunter. Best I got was 380g in one hour when the leather was selling at 20g each.

it's true, frankly i don't have the best solution. i play a priest, it sucks at farming, these methods help somewhat, but having a hunter feels like a cheatcode. i'm glad i have one as an alt and would recommend it

@@NOHITJEROME I play regeneration mage and I honestly feel left behind, they haven't buffed arcane blast (rune rank lvls with you) meaning I'm doing about the same DPS as lvl 40 with it. I've been having fun doing displacement shenanigans (teleporting to darnassus from stormwind and then displacing will tp you to aq40 entrance) however I would like some buff to arcane in general since I'm not a huge fan of the fire or frost class fantasy. However it's a lot of fun being a mage in general with the qualities of life I can give myself

you can solo firewater by pulling into guards easily, you can really pull anything into winterspring guards. try any mob you want, maybe a cobalt mob or a wyvern

Yeah you can't solo princess with a rogue or warrior within a reasonable amount of time. You CAN do it, but it takes forever! So, no, you can't farm princess with any class. Even the firewater is hard to farm with rogue and warrior. Most of the tips here are for casters only.

firewater kite on a rogue/war is doable if you can maintain the 20 yd distance. do you think that's possible on war? the chieftan is about the same speed as you. maybe nifty stopwatch or skull of impending doom, though i'm not sure how the war keeps the mob in combat

it's just mini jumps on any of the walls, ultimately if they are all on you it's not going to help much. you need target dummy or pet or speed or invis pot
