I lost 70 lbs using the principles of calorie density and plate building and have kept it off for years. I use the PB2 cashew powder in place of regular cashews and it works great.

Cream: blend 1 cup almond milk with 1/2 cup cashews until smooth Pasta: Water-saute 1 large yellow onion and 16oz mushrooms (or eggplant or zuchini), diced. Season to taste with garlic salt. Add in cream mixture and 3-4 Tb of vegan worchesteshire sauce. Mix in large box of cooked pasta. Season to taste with more garic, salt, black pepper, and parsley.

ohh this was so easy and so good! I am in a weight loss phase so I used 2 cups of frozen cauliflower and reduced the milk to 1/2 cup and the cashews to 1/4 cup. Still came out super creamy ( I had to add water to work it) and yummy. Thanks!
