When you add the chicken back into the pan w/the sauce, dumb that leftover juice into the sauce with it. That's where all the flavor is!

I've made this recipe about 4 or 5 times now, and just made it again today. This is excellent. I had never used the sun dried tomatoes before, they are wonderful. If your store offers julienne sliced tomatoes, use those and save your self some time,

I was just reading a book by one of my favorite authors, Jessie Gussman called "Just a Cowboy's Love Story" and she talks about the Marry Me Chicken recipe. In the story, this woman's 2 daughters and their friend make this recipe, arranges a romantic dinner for their Mom and a cowboy! He asks her to marry him before the even eat the meal!
