Wslms please do try it out, I think you'll love it! The spice mix is Robertsons brand, from South Africa but I believe some shops in UK so sell it

@@khadijahbibi173 Shans fried chops/steaks masala is a good alternative. Available in most Asian grocery places. It does tend to be quite salty, so do keep that in mind. 😊

Could you make these in the oven ? What temperature would you cook at and for how long ? Would you cover with foil too ?

Hi, yes you can cook them in the oven, cover with foil, bake on 180 degrees, for about 35 -40 minutes, turning them and remove foil halfway through. Thanks so much for watching ❤️

Sis I'm kind of confused. Usually lamb chops are only cooked a few minutes on each side. How can you cook them for this long without over cooking them? And what kind of pot are you using? Jazakallahu khayrun

If you cook a few mins on each side lamb will be tough. If you slow cook it will be soft and tender. Don’t think there’s such a thing as over cook lamb? It should be tender not chewy

Is that any cut of lamb? As I find when ever i make chops they come out dry.

I usually make using Back Chops, the butcher should normally cut them for you 😋

Just tried now. Only cooked for 15 minutes on low and they turned to charcoal. My wife questioned me,asking, are you sure it's 45 minutes? I lost 1 kilo of chops.

Sorry that happened, I just re watched the video and I said slow to medium heat, and to keep checking it too. It is a slow cook recipe which I and others used lots of times, might depend on your pot or cooker material/ strength.
