I make some keto egg muffins. Use eggs, sausage, peppers, onions, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spray muffin tin and fill 2/3 of the way. Bake on 375° for 25 mins.

My favorite flavor of Keto Chow is always changing. I love Lemon Meringue as a baked custard. I like Apple Pie as a hot cereal, using TVP or a coconut flour recipe. Chocolate Toffee is my go-to for ice cream or an icy frappe using cold coffee as the liquid base. Rasppberry Cheesecake is usually my favorite plain standard shake. I need to try a version of banana pudding now, maybe with some HighKey cookies crushed in.

Just made KC banana pudding blending a bit of cream cheese, cream, almond milk,, sweetener, scoop of kc, chia seeds. Then I poured that thick pudding into a bowl with 1/4c TVP which gives it that cookie crunch. Wow. Definitely doing this one again. Thanks for the inspiration Kristi!

I meal prepped the Dunkin Hines Keto yellow cake into muffins with Lilly’s Pumpkin Spice chips. Still had some and didn’t have powdered erythritol for frosting. They came out great! Then I made half a dozen ham, cheese and egg cups. Popped everything in the fridge and now have easy meal and snack when I don’t feel like making a big meal this week. Thanks for all you do!

Duncan Hines and Pillsbury sugar free is good but I use butter and some sour cream about two tablespoons and sugar free box pudding to those box cakes and sometimes extra egg... they are delicious👩🏻🦳❤️Thank you for this video, Kristi

I always had weight issues, largely because I was drawn to food in an unhealthy way. As a child, i would eat on the sly or distract my parents in order to sneak food. At age 10, I weighed over 200 pounds and was put on my first diet. I tried many different diets and my weight swung dramatically up and down. In 2017, my parents became the legal guardians of two infant twin girls. I had given up on losing weight by then and accepted that I would probably die soon. But my father reached out to me and said “I need you to live. ” That became my wake-up call. Keto was the big diet trend around that time. So I bought two books about keto. And started reading. This was the turning point for me. Almost immediately some fantastic changes occurred. I started losing weight rapidly and my symptoms of uncontrolled blood sugar disappeared. I’m happy I made this choice.

I meal prep a lot for my breakfast, keeping several options available in the fridge or freezer. I've even made cinnamon cereal a couple of times to have on hand. I'd never thought of a fixing a crustless quiche, though. Now I'm thinking some bacon, cheddar cheese, peppers and a bit of onion would be awesome. I always keep your peanut butter cups on hand for that extra something at night. 😊

Listen. Oh my great googly mooglies. That keto chow pudding is hands down the most delicious recipe. I didn't really like them as shakes and they have just been kind of sitting in my pantry. Thought I would try this, exactly like the video said. So. Good. Thank you for this. Loving it. I have Orange Creamsicle flavor and it totally works. For Good Dees, try the cornbread mix. One of the best mixes I have ever tried and they are actually better the next day.

I have to say, I have never meal prepped, and now am retired and my husband and I eat differently, I'm keto he isn't, so it's each to their own although he cooks all the meat

Meal prepped air fried rumaki, taco beef, Italian sausage and artichokes, and almond crusted pork chops. Chopped fresh veg to go with. I already had peanut butter chocolate fat bombs on hand and chia pudding. I think next week I’ll make custard ramekins.

I.prepped a so-so turkey veggie soup, and a fantastic Chicken, bacon, ranch & broccoli casserole. That made 8 servings, and because I've had a 4+ day migraine these two items are just about all I have eaten this week. But this is why I meal prep, because I know I need to eat when I feel rotten. Oh, I also made cranberry muffins, a double-batch, so I could cover breakfasts, too. They're great.

Hey Kristi and other online friends, Anyone having blood sugar spikes with keto chow? I have type two diabetes and I had just bought my first order of keto chow. Tested twice and it spikes me 30 points every time.. I am so disappointed 😬

Some people spike with sucrose and some spike with stevia... that is why it it so important to test yourself and live by how your meter informs you. If I were you I would contact them so you can have at least a partial refund and hopefully they have someone you can send them to that can use it or an online group to find someone local you can give to. I just ordered 3 or 4 packets so I can test them since I expect to react to them but hope I won't. I'm so sorry you are having a hard time with spikes

No, I work from home. I don't need full blown, 5 course meals. Just Foods prepped in advance to get me through the week.

@gayle not everyone preps or eats the same it's nice to have some different ideas. I don't eat full meals I do small snacks throughout the day.
