I tried these but for half the batch I used Oreo cookie crumbs and instead of caramel, I used chocolate on top with whipped cream, dusted slightly with cocoa powder. Have to admit, the caramel half went much faster. Thank you so much for this easy, delicious recipe

Hi I just made these this morning for our Thanksgiving dinner at my sister’s house and let me tell you they were amazing. I was always skeptical about making cheesecake because I was always afraid of not succeeding in making it. They were so perfect and sooo good. Everyone at first thought that I bought them and not homemade. Thanks again for making it so easy. I follow everything and didn’t change anything, and they were so good especially the caramel sauce. I tried this and it turned out sooo gud😍 But I didn't bake it. Instead I tranfered the batter to a 9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper and kept it in the freezer overnight. I served my cheesecake with Natasha's STRAWBERRY SAUCE🍓 It turned amaaaazing😋😋 I loved both the cheesecake and the strawberry sauce soo much😊 Thank u so much for this wonderful recipe Natasha❤ ~Love from Kuwait🥰

Tried this recipe and I would admit that it was easy but very time consuming 😫 Took me 2 hours to make this, maybe bcos I dont have a ready-made caramel sauce yet and the fact that I have to find substitutes for heavy cream since I just realized we didn’t have one at home and my back and feet are aching!! I made half of the portion which is 12 cupcakes and regretted, they were gone in one day, my family is only 3 people and 24 cupcakes would be way to much for us, not in this case. I followed this recipe with 1/3 measurement but kept the baking time the same. And cakes turned out fab!!!.. absolutely loved it.. im gonna try with strawberry puree instead of caramel next time. Can you do an eggless cheesecake recipe as well..!?
