Hi there, yes that was it for this recipe. If you want to change over to chocolate ganache, I have so many recipes on my KZbin channel. Any chocolate will do.... a nice milk chocolate is great too, or mix some dark chocolate with milk chocolate... no rules :-) Thanks for watching !

Hi Bev, there really are no rules... if you wish to add a bit of vanilla, then go for it. Sometimes I will, sometimes I won't. If you are going to use vanilla, make sure you are using pure vanilla extract, it's the only way to go :-)

It's just regular run of the mill parchment paper. Nothing special about it. All brands should be the same.

You can use chocolate instead if you wish, I would just use enough so that you think the cake is as dark as you wish. You can use any type of milk. I used 2% milk in my recipe. Low fat is fine.

Hi Nirmala, yes indeed :-) Simply double or triple all ingredients. This will mean a larger baking pan, and a slightly longer baking time, depending on your baking pan. Keep an eye on your cake so it doesn't over bake.

did you pre-heat your oven ? and at what temp did you bake ? ,, also did you use both upper and lower heating elements when you baked the cake ? these are all factors that determine how your cake can turn out. Also - if you baked it too long then more moisture is driven out of the cake, and it will be dry. ( bake less time = more moist cake )
