Yesterday did this mini step workout and really got my heart a pumping. Loved the simplicity and excellent queuing. I am trying to get to full steam again and this did wonders. Thanks Coach P. Eugene.

Thanks Paul! Loved it! Long time stepper here (since 1990s) and had two minor surgeries this summer so this helps me ease back into exercise by being short but was challenging cardio for me to enjoy. Thanks so much! I used a 6 inch riser and am thinking of trying this again with an 8 inch riser in a couple of days and see how that goes. I think it will be challenging! Thanks Paul. Great job keep those step routines coming. Enjoyable and effective ! Time well spent ! 💕🏃🏼♀️🏃⭐️

Great workout, no step but just did it on the floor, but only lasted 20 minutes because I did another exercise for 15 so it was good :) I was pooped.

Thanks for asking. I was on vacation and injured my foot while hiking. My foot is healing very well. but I don't want to rush it and go all out just yet.
