Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I do step workouts at various BPM because I desire to encourage a cross section of people. But it was great that you speeded it up for your intensity.

I taught step aerobics in the 90’s. Always added the funky into it. I am 61 and still doing step in my garage.

I taught funk step back in the 90's with a blend of dance. However today, I don't dance as much when I do step because I want to keep it simple for my peers. I have 3 or 4 steps here at home. Never gave up and going on 68.

Thank you for that great and real cool Funky-Step-Combi. I love it. I will do it tonight, as I have danced with you this morning. And twice cause it was so motivating. I was already with you and for some reason I had to stop. But now I am back. Nevertheless that I am handycapped now I will give the Step another chance. I am sure I can make it. Great workout Coach Paul. Love the vertical step. The combinations were simple but fun and the your instructions and guidance were clear and transitions were smooth! I saw the tempo and duration of the workout and made the mistake of adding a set of risers! 😩. Whew! My heart was pounding, so I had to bring my pulse rate down a bit before I stopped to cool down. Looking forward to doing the longer version w/o risers.

I love ur energy, the timer on screen, ur 4 countdown b4 doing a new step, ur hand signals as to which direction I need to go... all makes for a fun n safe workout! I was a bit concerned when u mentioned hopping n turning, but it was doable; nothing insane.
