That pizza looks delicious!! I have been making homemade pizza for 40 years. I make mine about the same way. I do prebake my pizza at 450 with only sauce for about 7 minutes. I then add toppings and bake a second time for about 11 minutes. The crust gets more crispy and the toppings don't overcook. It all depends on your oven, the size of the sheet pan, and what it's made of. They all heat a little differently. It takes a little practice. I'll be making another in a few days. Delicious and fun to make!!
