I’ve held back a bit of the peaches as well as the juice and added brown liquor to it, let it sit in the fridge for a few hrs/day or so and poured it over ice cream with a little cake. So so so good.

Try cleaning as you cook. Wipe the counters or do some dishes as you wait for something to finish. Especially when baking

I soak the peaches in a cup of peach schnapps, then use that liquid instead of milk for the batter. Any extra liquid goes into whipped cream gor topping.

Save the juice from those cans. I cook it with any meat in a crockpot or something. It tenderizes the meat and you don't notice a flavor from it. Easy peasy
