I always thought if you were doing a cheese sauce, you needed to use cheese you grated yourself, because the pre-packaged shredded stuff is coated in anti-caking ingredients to keep the cheese from clumping. Has anyone else heard of that?

I use white American slices, jalapeno peices and a lil milk and throw it in a mini crockpot. Done...dont even use stovetop...if it's too thin after its melted add some cheese...its all good..very simple. Thanks Sara 🙂..simple
