In this episode, it is all about baked cheese. Watch Ema make and enjoy two different baked cheeses ideal for any indulgent dinner.
Both recipes are based on soft and fatty Winter Brie called 'Vacherin Mont d'Or'. This French cow's milk cheese is only available from November through to March.
Both recipes take less than 5 minutes to prepare and after another 15 minuets in the oven they are so good and ready to enjoy!
First recipe:
- Vacherin with Rosemary and Garlic
Second recipe
- Vacherin with Walnuts and Honey
Bake covered in a preheated oven at 180°C (~356°F). It takes 15 minutes to warm up. Leave in longer if you like it more baked.
