I didn’t have time to make cinnamon rollls with yeast, so I followed to ur recipe, and OH MY GOD was that the best decision ever. Your recipe taste EVEN BETTER than one with yeast. It tasted soooo goood, I used a micro conventional setting in my microwave and the results were great. Definitely recommend this recipe, it's really easy to follow and the cinnamon buns are crispy yet soft on the inside. They have a slight buttery taste that I like. I didn't add the glaze as I didn't want sugar overload, so I just used the excess cinnamon mixture on the top.

This turned out fantastic! I didn’t have baking powder OR baking soda, but I used a few spoons of yogurt and it was nice. Also added some ground clove and nutmeg in the paste in the middle and it was good- added a Christmassy feel to it!

@@Jlikesfloral Yeah, don't melt the butter, just leave it out at room temperature for an hour to two, until it gets soft and use it that way. :) That will help.
