I love green chilies but certain foods trigger migraines for me also, one of those are dark chocolate. I can eat it but sparingly, unless I'm not feeling well. I also get cluster headaches and those are the worst. Be careful with msg in any premade food products.

Those pork chops look delicious. When I was a family of 4 I knew every night, even weekends what I was making for dinner. As my kids got married and moved away and it was just the 2 of us I still pretty much made some of the same, but I didn’t have to cook as much, because we had leftovers. Now that it’s just about 2 years since my husband passed away from Cancer, I never know what I am making for dinner. It’s often eggs, a salad or fruit & yogurt.

I'm with you on the stove. I purchased one with the different size options on both of my front eyes. As a seasoned cook, I thought this would be wonderful. Wrong! I am leary to even use the biggest one because I have burned too many things. I've decided more selections equals more potential complications. If it hadn't been a big investment, I would have traded it. It's not like a toaster you don't like. The Dollar Tree has the taco trays/stands. I have some high-end ones, but I tend to grab the ones from the Dollar Tree. Your recipes look great, and I will try a couple of them myself. Thanks!

I have a 2-year-old kenmore elite range which is almost identical to hers but in white. I have only 2 complaints about the range 11 is the issue mama Mel brought up And the other issue which is much Worse than the first is that the mirror top is so hard to keep clean Especially if you are like me and little things like smudges and constantly having to repolish it gets on your nerves.

I have a double oven and the top oven pooped out. They gave me a price of $750 to fix it. I don't want a new stove. Mine is gas and I love it. The salesman told me they are made to last 8 to 9 years now. How sad is that! I am going to get a second opinion on fixing my stove. I get where you are disappointed with the front burner. The air fryer mesh insert is not supposed to be covered with tin foil that’s why it air fry’s both sides you can line the under tray but the mesh is meant to remain open uncovered
