I would probably have egg salad for breakfast in the summer, but a regular one. This one doesn't look good at all.

The only thing that looked good here were the fajitas but tortillas should be warmed for a proper taco. The egg salad was quite a mess and the salad! Imagine taking a forkful of salad and biting into the skin of a butternut squash or choking on the husk of a pumpkin seed. Why were these not peeled?
