Looks great! I’d love to add a few tips for you! Always use olive oil over your garlic as the richness of the olive oil enhances the flavor of the garlic. Also, prepare your herbs as you did, but place them over top of the garlic head, in the oil and they will roast up and be so fragrant and delicious when you whip them into the butter! That cuts gown on the harsh bite! Enjoy!

So I'm assuming all the individual garlic husk per clove is not a problem when you cook the entire clove?
@KerriAnnsKravings2 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure what you mean or asking. Could you please clarify?
@3eggerfpv3972 жыл бұрын
@@KerriAnnsKravings Why sure! Inside the white cluster are several cloves of garlic, each clove has a husk, that many remove by smashing it with a knife, or better yet is a garlic tube that magically removes that husk! Of course in your recipe, you're not removing those individual husks, so I'm guessing when you squeeze the garlic out of the cluster the husk is either left behind some how, or the baking process renders it a non-issue?
@KerriAnnsKravings2 жыл бұрын
@@3eggerfpv397 Thanks for the clarification. Yes, the roasting or baking process would make it a non-issue. Prior to roasting, about a third of the top is cut off leaving the cloves exposed. Once the garlic is roasted and softened you’ll press on the bottom of the heads to push out the softened cloves then discard of the rest. Hope this answers your questions. Let me know if you have additional questions. 🫶🏾

Here are a few ways you can use the garlic butter: you can use it to finish and add tons of flavor to your meats including steak, pastas, vegetables, herb-roasted chicken (recipe on the channel) fresh hot dinner rolls, crusty breads or practically anything and everything. It’s not a sauce more of a flavoring agent. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions. xx

@KerriAnnsKravings2 жыл бұрын
Hey Mathew, thanks for reaching out, and no, the choice of oil is completely up to you. Some good options include olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. You can also use melted butter or ghee if you prefer. Just make sure to use a high-quality oil with a mild flavor so it doesn't overpower the garlic. You'll want to use about 1-2 tablespoons of oil for every head of garlic. Hope this helps! xx

You can air fry or roast them on the stove top: see below *I’ll also update the blog post to reflect these options as well this week. Air fry the garlic wrapped in foil. (Add salt optional) drizzle 1 teaspoon oil and roast @ 380 for 15-20 minutes until it’s softened. Stove top: Remove the garlic cloves from the root and leave the skin on. Add garlic cloves to a skillet, turn the heat to medium. Toast garlic cloves, shaking the pan occasionally until the surface is lightly charred and cloves are soft when squeezed, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely before peeling. Hope this helps. Hey there! I get that! Rinsing the garlic is just a personal preference to make sure it’s clean, especially if it’s been sitting out or handled a lot.
