Brilliant! I love your recipe blog - Big fan :) I tried these twice and the first time did not turn out well because I used dumpling wrappers that were too thin and kind of dry (all we have where I live are frozen wrappers which tend to be drier than refrigerated ones). The second time I tried it with thicker wrappers which turned out much better, although I had to wet them a bit by spraying on a bit of water to each wrapper before using it.

Just made these..they are amazing!! Only mine did not roll out as big as urs..I do like them on the thicker side tho..maybe that's y!! Thanx..they were yum! Did u post adipping sauce too?!
