I also started out as a mere viewer few years ago. But then tried some of the recipes. I never have to buy breadcrumbs again to fry chicken or croquettes. I now fry chicken following her recipe (I think it was originally for chicken burger), and my big family keeps on asking me to make it, my mom and aunt even wrote down the recipe. Whenever I mention "my Master in youtube", they know I mean it's Xiao Gao Jie 😊

Two years ago I was making so many vegetable pancakes. I made Korean pancakes, Japanese Okonomiyaki, and two different Chinese scallion pancakes. but I had not seen this method! Time to make more! 😋🤤
