Made this yesterday for the neighbors Fantasy Football draft. Substituted Carolina Reaper cheese for pepper jack. Whoa baby. SPICY! But all the guys loved it. Also used my own homemade chorizo & tortilla chips. Huge success. Will be making this again. Thanks~!
