Hey, just wanted to let you know that this recipe is fantastic. I had never made chicken curry before moving abroad for studies and for more than a year I tried different recipes, but nothing gave the real taste of my mom's chicken curry I ate back home. I made this today and added everything as directed in the video ( except lemon grass because I didn't have any) and is was amazing. I really appreciate the mention of exact times to keep on medium heat, keep the lid closed or opened. That's one thing I hadn't seen in many of the previous videos I watched. Thank you so much!😍
If you already know how to make it, then don't watch it. But this is very useful specifically for young people living abroad or living away from home. And he is explaining it very clearly so even a person who haven't cooked before can make it.
