Hey, just wanted to let you know that this recipe is fantastic. I had never made chicken curry before moving abroad for studies and for more than a year I tried different recipes, but nothing gave the real taste of my mom's chicken curry I ate back home. I made this today and added everything as directed in the video ( except lemon grass because I didn't have any) and is was amazing. I really appreciate the mention of exact times to keep on medium heat, keep the lid closed or opened. That's one thing I hadn't seen in many of the previous videos I watched. Thank you so much!😍

හැදුවා ඒ උනාට මේ විදියෙ ලස්සන තෙල් පාටට ආවෙ නැහැ. රතු පාට උනෙත් නැහැ. රසනම් තියෙනවා. මගෙ මිරිස් කුඩු එකේ අවුලක්ද..? විජය මිරිස් කුඩු , පාවිච්චි කරන්නෙ. 😫
