I recommend adding the Nespresso over the top of the sweetened condensed milk. That way, it will dissolve immediately. :)

I make the condensed Milk one at home too but sometimes we use coconut condensed milk. I add the milk to the cup I brew the coffee in. The hot coffee makes it easier to mix the milk :) thanks for sharing your recipes!

I’m a barista and I learned that having shots of espresso sit like that actually “kills” the shot. So it may taste quite bitter but will still give u the caffeine kick!

You can use any pod there is depending o. Your coffee preference. Nespresso flavors are very subtle so it would come down to finding which pod would make the best flavor for your taste in coffee strength. They do have darker coffees which is what I tend to gravitate towards when making iced drinks. The smaller pods which I think is what she used for this drink are the espresso type of line for this specific machine. It was the Altissio pod.
