Easy Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Making homemade jam without pectin is easy and today I show you how. I even include instructions if you'd like to can your jam to make it shelf stable. However, canning isn't necessary if you think you can eat it up in a month.😉

I am going to try this. I am so glad it is easy. I have so much rhubarb. I have made breakfast bread, pie & bars. I will comment when I am done with the jam. I am diabetic so I like recipes where I control the sugar.

Little man found out Raw rhubarb is sour and bitter 😂😂 that was cute but I must show this to my son. Your son‘s knife skills are amazing. Maybe this could teach my son a thing or two because he really thinks he’s Gordon Ramsay the way he thinks he can chop and it scares me.
