I have an amazing ceramic cassarole dish with a lid. It wasn't too expensive, and it saves me money in the long-run on foil and parchment paper. More importantly, it's way better for the environment. I also think the food cooked in it tastes better.

How do you take care of it? I'm scared of dropping while washing or in the dishwasher or while I'm moving every year

@@YTFlove4ever I don't use a dishwasher. I haven't dropped it yet, but you can get a similar cast-iron one if you are worried about it. Mine wasn't expensive, so im not worried. I think Pyrex makes them too and they are more durable than ceramic, though way more expensive where I live.

Wow I wish I saw this video sooner! I've been struggling a little lately with finding motivation to cook (I'm in my senior year of school, applying to internships and working part time) so these simple recipes are wonderful. I just made my own variation on the buffalo cauliflower, I didn't have hot sauce so I just replaced it with a random curry sauce I had and used white rice instead of brown and holy cow what an easy delicious meal. It also works great if you halve the recipie (since I live on my own) and have it over two meals with a bit of mock meat stir fried on the side, I also fold in some extra steamed broccoli to just bring some colour into the dish 😋

I made the black bean version this morning to serve for lunch, and we couldn't wait! It is SO super easy and so good! We used Better Than Bouillon veg (2 teaspoons) because that is all I had, so if you watch your sodium you would want to avoid that, but it is a super recipe! And I agree, the rice has a very nice texture.

I made up my own based on your ideas and it was amazing. Chick peas, celery, onion, mushrooms, garlic, sweet and jalepeno peppers, cabbage. fresh spinach, can of Rotel tomatoes, rice, and veggie broth with chopped garlic and some coconut milk. Warm, filling and delicious.
