I was actually thinking about making a PCB for this for the past year and never got around to it. I roughly designed a 3d model for the case then got distracted by other projects. I used to make memory units with female USB ports in them and even had the momentary contact switch for power back in the day. You could make them soo professionally that you wouldn't even notice the button was there. I did the same with the communicator modules. Kinda sucks I missed out on my chance to do this PCB but hey, glad someone else out there took it on for the masses! EDIT: also looks like they already did it 6 years ago according to the github link. They should have a better description so people know what it is!

No. There are devkits that have 1gb RAM, and those boards have an extra data line for each RAM chip. Even at that point, it doesn’t provide any benefit in-game. Processor upgrades are not possible due to the xcpu revisions being proprietary to microsoft, which is A big difference compared to the OG xbox as that uses an intel pentium III, which was also used in desktop computers at the time.
