To those not used to cooking, scalding milk means that you heat it until you see small bubbles forming along the edges where the milk meets the pan. Use medium to medium high heat, and don't cover the pan except for maybe the first 5 minutes WITHOUT walking away from it! If you do, you risk forgetting it, and you'll have milk boiling over and burnt milk. Completely unusable. If you have to step away, better to just turn off the heat, then turning on again when you return. It's happened to me numerous times, and nothing happens if you turn it off then on again. Good luck!

I have tried This so many times and they turn out PERFECT each time. This Time I Tried it with Some Tulsi Green Tea of Planet Ayurveda and Surprisingly The Combination is 👌👌👌 It's just so decadent, indulgent and just so intense it's mind blowing. The only downside is that due to the unsalted butter the sponge gets really soft so if you're cutting layers handle it very carefully.

If you mean keeping the vanilla cake? Or making the cake strawberry flavored? Otherwise, I'd make a Chantilly cream, then add it with sliced strawberries to the filling, and finally the chocolate frosting to just the top and sides. But, in this case, I'd make the cake a 3-layered cake so the strawberry flavors would have a chance to come through.
