Ingredients:
For the pancake batter:
1 cup oats
1 cup water
1 banana
½ tsp ground flaxseed (optional)
½ tsp chia Seeds (optional)
A pinch of salt
Compote:
1 large apple
1 pack Delmonte peaches
1 tbsp sugar
1 & ½ tsp lime juice
Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch : 2 tbsp water)
Add water in small amounts as needed.
