Müsli is originally from Swiss and we usually eat it unbaked with some cold milk, like Americans eat cereal :) and the Bircher Müsli is the most common, it consists of oats, raisins, almonds, cinnamon and grated apple. You should try it, it's reeeal good!

I always use SO Delicious in my recipes! They make amazing products. I personally always buy the large container of the unsweetened vanilla yogurt. It lasts a while and is cost effective. Love overnight oats! Honestly anything with oats is a winner in my book. I always buy organic old fashioned oats by Bobs Red Mill...its my fav! Thanks for the inspiration Caitlin! 🌿❤️

If you hate the squishiness try eating it on the spot! I have instant oats instead of quick/rolled oats so I don't have a choice, it's not that bad. And tbh hot oats was a staple of my childhood, so maybe try eating oats warm immediately after you make it

@@cerulean1602 even though my whole family eats animal products, I went vegan (I'm now over 3months vegan) and at the beginning it was hard but after a while they started to ask me if I could make them a little bit to try. Also I started months before but slowly so they recognized it(that I stopped eating meat). For my dad it's still weird,my mom is proud and one of my sister's stared to eat less meat too. I said the same as you but now it's works. i think you can try it out l know it's a little bit hard. And still it's your choice. I hope you have a nice day

I love overnight oats, also what is quickly becoming my favorite breakfast is hot oats. One thing i don't like for breakfast is smoothies because i don't like the quick energy they give off. i love making date balls for a snack/dessert

I totally hear you on that one. I much prefer almond butter over peanut butter, which costs way less. I 2nd Costco and TJ,maybe also 365 brand by Whole Foods. Also, as mentioned, almond butter can be made at home with a food processor, almonds and a little oil.

Try chickpeas! I use their flour for cookies, pancakes, muffins, and even buns. You can also use cooked chickpeas for creamy soups or smoothies and even ice cream! You just need time to experiment with them and understand their characteristics

Alot of things are very processed and ppl confuse that vegan versions of food are healthier. Im saying it shouldnt taste horrible for ppl who want to switch. Thats not normal. No big deal.
