Hi Sadia! If you still read the comments, I want you to know that you and your Pick Up Limes journey has changed my life. This channel, along with The Minimalists documentary, has inspired me to go *mostly* vegan, downsize my belongings to only as much as I needed and loved, experiment with cooking, journaling, and posting videos of my travel footage. I’ve simplified my beauty and hygiene and switched to only natural products. I make zero waste swaps wherever possible and now genuinely enjoy working out and cooking healthy meals. I am more in touch with my body and my surroundings, and much of that is thanks to you and the rest of the people that make PUL possible. Thank you. You’ve put me on a path to a better lifestyle.

As a student, and actually living now in the netherlands, I find buying so many different ingredients especially nuts very expensive...some tasty but simple recipes (breakkie, lunch or dinner) would be super interesting to see!! Keep it up, can't wait to see a full tour of the new decorated studio too xoxo love you!

I also smile a lot...been abroad for studies and my chinese professor actually asked me why I always smile 🤔 I don't understand why it's even a problem....if you smile back that's nice, but you don't that's also perfectly ok. Why is that even a problem though. After this I tried my best to not smile while I'm out in uni and all....but I still end up giving smiles to people that I meet f2f 🙄

Thank you again and again for the amazing recipes and encouragement! I have made so many of your recipes and have yet to be disappointed. I have two requests for you. One-simple sides to take to a party or to prepare for having guests over. Two - Meal ideas I can make for my meat eating son and husband but can alter for my vegan self and daughter. I have done meat/non meat tacos, taco salads, sloppy joes, burgers, hotdogs, chicken patty sandwiches- the basics. Hugs and gratitude from Nebraska.

@@kawaiicat2424 Actually, morning is the best time to eat something unhealthy because you have the whole day to burn it off. Many cultures in Europe usually have small pastries or tea cakes for breakfast with a small cup of coffee or tea, and if you think about it, it's smart. Then there's no need for snacking and indulging during the rest of the day. I personally skip breakfast, but anything in moderation is still very healthy. But yeah, if you eat bad, do it in the morning, because eating junk food later in the day after activities are done isn't ideal.
@kawaiicat2424
@kawaiicat2424 4 жыл бұрын
Mechanical Turk yes but personally I feel better when I eat something like oats with fruits or something instead of Cornflakes just because you aren’t that tired after that and I think many people need energy in the morning so I just recommend to eat something healthier in the morning but it is personally preference I know what u mean

Mash a banana, add 200g of porridge Oats and between 200-300 ml of water and blend, and then you can just cook them like you would normal pancakes and then top with your favourite tasty toppings . I fully rate this recipe, it makes about 4 servings I find. But you can leave leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days and use for multiple days💛💛

Awesome videos as always Sadia! Many thanks!! I was hoping to see you make a video on a farmers market day out where you buy your grocery and what your essential grocery list would be made of. :)

Anyone else like oats with water? It's not as creamy but has a different and unique texture that I LOVE

After seeing many other videos from your channel, it inspires me to be more kind to my health and use less plastic packaging. The fact that you use many ingredients to give flavour to the food, I wish more companies used glass containers or cloth packaging for seeds, beans, rice, and other healthy foods. Thanks! I will be trying out the tofu spread.
