Is there a gf grain you would suggest subbing for couscous? If so, would you change the cooking time?

@@alynawatersmusic You can try millet! Millet has a longer cook time, so you don't need to soak the lentils (I soak the lentils so they can cook in just 3 minutes, the time needed for the couscous). Try cooking it for 8 or 9 minutes - that should work!

You can use the rack in the set and an oven safe bowl to cook the rice at the same time! Mind over munch had a one pot instant pot recipes video where they did that.

Always fun to watch your content! I'm not on IG yet, but from what I see, your photos look pretty good! I NEED this book! It's too damn hot to be cooking! These recipes look super easy and so yummy! Rice pudding is a major comfort food; breakfast is my favorite anytime of day. Can't wait to try all three recipes!

I have that book but have only made the Jackfruit Tacos and the Sweet & Spicy Red Cabbage so far. So thank you for this video, it has inspired me to cook more from it next week :) Personally, it doesn't bother me to watch cookbook reviews even if the recipes are not shared. I'd prefer getting reviews on recipes the reviewer was really excited about making instead of the generic ones made available by the publisher. Would have loved to get your opinion on one of the cakes.

I started watching you guys during quarantine and I am thinking "He can't just go get baseball card stuff??? Hello Amazon." Then I realize this was months before quarantine and feel like a jerk.
