ടീച്ചർ ഞാൻ ടീച്ചറിന്റെ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ യോഗ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്, സൂര്യ നമസ്കാരം ടീച്ചർ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നപ്പോൾ ആണ് മനസ്സിലായത്. കൂടെ ഭസ്ത്രിക, ബ്രഹമരി ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങിയ ശേക്ഷം body pain ഉണ്ട്, തലവേദന ഉണ്ട് കൂടാതെ anxciety കൂടുതലാണ്. ഇതെന്താ ടീച്ചർ എനിക്ക് എല്ലാം തലതിരിഞ്ഞു വരുന്നത്

Sorry to hear that..slowly start cheyu..first ee warm up cheyu..then 30 minutes video cheyu..then okay anenkil 1 hr cheytal mati..kooduthal strain cheyate cheyanam..then okay akum..proper relaxation cheyanam...muscle pain undenkil uppit chood velathil mel kayukam...kurach divasam ee breathing exercise cheyu kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqvQo6eorrqio8U ..don't get stressed, be happy 🥰🙏🏻

In our gym also same types of warm are given.but in wrists area some coaches said don't rotate writs only give upward and downward direction is enough.which is correct maam ?

Is it ? Haven't heard of it yet..we usually do wrist rotation also as warmup as it benefits for wrist joints..if you have doubt, just do upward and downward movement and it is okay 🥰🙏 I will ask to other instructors and will let you know 🙏
