Chia Freezer Waffles (2 for 5pts WW PLAN)
Breakfast Burritos (6pts each WW PLAN)
Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins (2 for 3pts WW PLAN)
Recipe:
Makes approx. 54 mini muffins
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup unsweetend applesauce
2 eggs
1/3 cup honey
pinch of salt
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
*First combine wet ingredients. Then add in dry ingredients, stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 10minutes.

My favorite breakfast burritos are with eggs, pepper onion blend, turkey sausage, and Tostitos salsa con queso!! It tastes like McDonalds breakfast burritos soooo good!! Now I may have to meal prep some 😊 Thanks for the idea!

Great video.. love seeing those cute little faces helping, makes me smile. My kids use to love to help in the kitchen, but now they are all grown up. Miss that but got some great memories and funny storys.

Congratulations on continuing your journey on Ww. Hope I can stay on this journey. I have thought about leaving Ww. It’s so hard for me. Trying to return to my goal weight is extremely hard when I am dealing with medical issues that are currently affecting me physically.

For a sweet treat, add a scoop of frozen cool whip between 2 of your waffles. A healthy version of an ice cream sandwich! If I dont make the batter homemade, my favorite is the kodiak birthday cake batter for an extra protein boost.

The skinny-ish dish has AMAZING WW recipes. Her bacon egg and cheese biscuits are SO SO GOOD!! And only like 3 points!! I’ve tried a lot of her recipes and they’re all great!

These all look fabulous!! But how do you know how many "points" you get a day??? (or per meal??) Please do lunch ideas next. I never know what to have that is easy for lunch (and most of the time fail!!)

Hi! I follow the WW weight watchers plan. It’s a program (and app) that calculates everything for you and creates your plan based on your goals. It has a monthly membership fee (I’m not sponsored). But if looking for a free option to assist in your weight loss goals there are lots of calorie deficit calculators on the internet that can help you make a goal and use the free my fitness pal app to track! Healthy meals work for everyone no matter what plan you follow. So glad I can share ideas with everyone to help their individual plans & goals! ❤

For the waffles instead of protein powder, if you used Greek yogurt instead of water it would add protein to them.

@@LaurenJansenWW I didn't find it changed the texture. I usually thin it out with a little splash of water. I do find them to be fluffy and filling.

@janea.3800 fat-free Greek yogurt is 0 points I do believe. So it shouldn't add any points to it.

I have been struggling with Ww plan. I saw a neurosurgeon recently and he told me I have a bone spur on my s1 joint on the right side of my body. Pain goes down my right leg. I will be going to a pain clinic this week. February 8th. Then I have to make another appointment for the injection procedure and have them put an injection in where my pain is located. I have been going walking in my neighborhood since last Thursday. I attend ww meetings in person. My Ww coach told me I wasn’t doing any activity. On January 24-31 on the app. That’s why I have been gaining weight. I am so miserable by the current pain I am currently experiencing. I don’t know how I got it. I asked the new neurosurgeon department and they can’t pinpoint the reason why or how I got it. I am trying to get myself better first before beginning to look for new employment opportunities. I am so sorry to have you listen to my issues.
