I would like to thank you for your help. From 2020 I was having thoughts which were repetitive and made me feel heavy, affected my life, took happiness away. In 2023 June I researched about it and came to know about OCD. I really wished i hadn't ignored it all along. I have been following this video for 2 months and MY GOD! My unwanted repetitive thoughts have reduced and are almost not there. I can CLEARLY TAKE DECISIONS and the best part? My fears even childhood have gone down. This video is really a gem in the internet!

Oh very good. Alhamdulillah. Can you tell me did you use only this yoga or anything else aswell? This is less then 7 mins. Video then how is it possible to remove intrusive, unwanted thoughts with only this practice? How many times in a day did you do this yoga and each yoga how many mins you performed? Please share

@@rosy25799 I only did this yoga in the morning once. I did tried lot of oils, breathing techniques in 2020 and 2021 but didn't work, that's because I didn't knew about OCD. But yes I did only this since the past 3 months and it reduced a lot. Also my condition got worse due to covid lockdown so it reduced a but in 2021 when everything opened up but 80% of repetitive thoughts stayed. Only after doing this yoga it reduced and is almost 99.99% gone. I dont remember last when I had that episode of thoughts, restlessness in last 3 months. Namaste. 🙂😊

@@Naturebabies0 Hello there! My OCD was not extreme but it was such as I couldn't control my thoughts which started around 2020 and went till mid 2023. Right now it's July 2024, my repetitive thoughts are no more and I did these yogas for a 3 month straight. I cannot say that it will work for someone or not but it did work for me. Btw did you try Ayurveda dr for your condition?

4,5 years se muje bhi ocd hai containment wali i never able to eat street food .so ocd is hard but long way if we practc meditation yoga healthy diet all time for our health time se sohna uthna toh better hoga hi i am into this journey.. goodluck to all other ocd people 👍
