As an American, I came here still thinking of Chinese & its culture as being on the opposite side of the world & being super different from my language & culture. Then I heard them tell each other to "take care" & talk about how women pretend to not have a preference lol. We also say stuff like "maybe later" or "maybe we can talk about it" as a polite refusal. It's interesting how similar even cultures as far apart as ours can be.

It´s funny in german we say "Gib Gas!" which literally translates to "加油!" and even has the same meaning! By the way the video was super helpful, with the explanations in chinese and some examples, great work.
