Hey!! How are you? I have a laptop which I want to upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 so I install windows media creation then clicked on upgrade this pc then the installer do its stuff and at last I choose keep my files and apps the hit install and then windows starts to install on my laptop but when it get around 70% the the installation fails and a popup shows up WINDOWS 10 FAILED TO INSTALL I have done this process 3 time but the same error shows up every time Can you help me out with this problem?

Take the backup in a flash drive for imp files. Create a bootable ISO of Windows 10. Delete partitions create a new c drive and do a fresh install of Windows 10.
