Really auto immune disease is thrown around so nonchalantly that people forget how it causes a domino effect for other health issues. @@amyharris2121 Yes good gut health is very important to everyone, but especially so for the immune compromised. It’s still really hard to get diagnosed with immune disorders, even today unfortunately, even though it’s more widely recognized. Unfortunately, yes, immune disorders cause numerous other health issues AND significantly raise your risk of developing other immune disorders as well… which will likewise again cause you to develop even more health issues. I have a feeling the answer is right in front of our noses, or our doctors noses I should say, but either not being seen or is seen yet ignored because the medical community makes more money treating illnesses than curing them. I’m sorry it took you so long to get diagnosed. I hope you find the help you need to get better.

Slice cabbage of your choice thinly slice Weight it @ multiple by 0.02 % Eg 1000g of cabbage x 0.02 % = 20g salt Crunch & squeeze cabbage & salt until it softens & releases water, Pack it in jar tightly until the water lays on top., you can top it up with spring water a little if needed. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 weeks checking it daily to make sure you keep pushing cabbage down under the water, Lid sits on top loosely. When done tighten a refrigerate. A tasty powerful probiotic better than any shop bought & cheaper.
