@@101kingsfan Hi. It’s not hard to make healthy, inexpensive meals. I cook lots of soups, especially in the winter. So easy to clean and cut up a pile o fresh carrots, onion, celery and put them in a large stock pot. Add a cleaned and soaked overnight, pound or two of lentils, split peas or any bean/mix of beans that you like. Season with a few garlic cloves, herbs (dried are fine) oregano, basil, parsley, etc., and spices I.e., smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, mace, etc. Add hot water to cover and cook until beans are cooked through and tender. Now add salt and pepper to taste. Salt should wait until the end of cooking beans to keep the skins from becoming tough. If you have a slow cooker, put it all in there in the morning and you’ll have a nice hearty soup for dinner. You can add the more inexpensive meats like stew meat chunks or turkey legs or chicken thighs when you are able. Go to KZbin and search inexpensive meals. I often pick up frozen vegetables and defrost them to add to the pot. Best for this are cut green beans, peas, spinach. You’ll be surprised how many nutritious, tasty, inexpensive meals you can create. If you need bag lunches, skip the expensive lunch meats - they’re bad for you anyway - and pick up sale priced boneless chicken thighs and other poultry. Marinate/season and grill/roast/pan sear until cooked through. Cool and slice for sandwiches or for salads. These are also good for dinner paired with some rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes and a side vegetable like broccoli or cauliflower. Once you start it gets much easier. Happy eating.

Everything in America is profits over people. Feminism was never about empowering women, no. Corporations saw the numbers, how women make up for 85% of consumerism, and decided, let's make them strong and independent with their own jobs and complete control in courts of law to protect them at all cost, so we can milk them dry on anti-depressants, wine, makeup and every other vice you can think of. That's why they banned abortions, because there's too much money lost in aborting a life. Each child brought into corporate America generates them roughly $2-5M worth of profit in their entire lifetime.

Rebecca, Two others to watch and listen to Dr Eric Berg. He is on KZbin and also on a com. And also "Dr. David Williams healthy directions." He's been around for decades and he is brilliant at advice on how to beat out the crazy world and its efforts to do us in. Both of them have medical advice and remedies to help in everyday living and everyday diseases that we have to deal with and how to do just that! Sincerely Tammie 🙋🏼💞😇🎊💖🎉

I always read labels. I didn't one time when I bought oatmeal in the organic section. I opened the box, took out the packet and decided to read the ingredients. It had sucralose! I have a horrible reaction to artificial sweetners, nausea and blinding headache. My daughter was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I'm an RN. She was diagnosed on a Friday evening with a blood sugar over 500. I sat down with her and she learned to carb count, how to find the glycemic index of food. By the end of the week, she was getting low blood sugars from the lantus. I called her dr and she stopped it. By the end of the next week she was getting low blood sugars from metformin, which is an absolutely horrendous drug. She has been diet controlled for years now with A1C from 5.0-5.2. Her Dr asked if her wedding cake was going to be artificial sweetened. He loves studies. So,I had in hand, the latest report from Mayo Clinic that showed diabetics who use real sugar have better control of their blood sugars when they nclude it in carb counts. Artificial sweetners are the worst.

Please continue to expand your app and videos like this. The ingredient lists are usually too small to read right there in the store. When you suggest specific products, it makes my life so much easier

Hi Bobby! I've been watching your videos on KZbin for awhile now, but I'm living at a homeless shelter right now, and trying to eat clean is nearly impossible! I've always managed my high cholesterol with diet, but since I've been here I've had to be put on a statin. What you put in your body MATTERS, folks!

Ty! Bobby I had huge blisters that kept coming up on my toes, medical doctors, vein & artery specialist, dermatologist all were stumped as the cause. I saw ur videos & figured out it was me eating inflammatory foods I was eating, after learning how to read labels & knowing what inflammatory foods, symptoms are gone, I’ve lost 28 pounds, & my energy is even better! You & ur wife are doing an amazing job!!!! We appreciate You!

That's when you look for in-store sales. Get to know your grocery store. Ask about managers specials. Bobby has pointed out products he gives thumbs up to at stores like Aldi where the prices can be better. But remember it's a trade off. You either choose to spend whatever money you have on whole foods or you buy cheap crap food and pay later in medical bills and medications...I'll choose to spend more on healthy food choices.

We are what we eat and eating healthy is the key to good health and wellbeing ! Thank you Bobby for what your doing . A lot more people can't bother to or have time to check the labels ! We have to take time to read the ingredients in what we're consuming. If you want to feel better and live longer It's up to you ! Inflammation is the cause of many health issues from heart disease to even cancer. !

I recently ate a snack-size bag of Cheetos and felt really bad afterwards. Told myself no more. But, who would have the Cheetos contained those unhealthy ingredients? Just because these products have been on the shelves for 50+ yrs does not mean they contain healthy ingredients. Read Labels!

Thank you for bringing out this very important information that so many people are confused and possibly unaware of when grocery shopping. The food aisles are littered with garbage foods with the fancy food labels, catchy names, and colorful look which can all make it so deceiving. I really hope things change for the better as a majority of people are falling unknowingly sick, ill, and chronically inflamed from consuming all of these "foods" with all of the hidden ingredients.

Very informative video. Thank you. What is interesting is that real chicken thighs, $1.49 lb. and ground beef, $5.99 lb. is not only healthier, but costs less than the processed stuff. My cats and I eat chicken thighs and raw ground beef (mine is cooked). Most commercial pet food is garbage as well. The FDA does a very poor job of keeping any of us healthy.

I never thought eating clean could also be tasty (and a bit expensive ngl) If I happen to eat junk food I feel horrible, my body feels heavy, sleepy and I get hungry in less than 2 hours after eating it. The food we eat now a days is literal poison, thank you for taking time of your day to teach us everything about healthy eating.

Hey❤️ I may not know you personally however I care about you deeply because I know how much you mean to Jesus The King of all creation . I want to tell you that Jesus Christ loves you so much, he died for our sins so that whoever believes in him wouldn’t have to perish in hell but instead have eternal life in heaven. You need to understand that HEAVEN and HELL are 1000% REAL they aren’t imaginary , and hell is a horrible place I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. God doesn’t want you to end up there he wants you in heaven and so he is giving you a chance to accept the sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ and be saved. Day by Day the world is falling apart because we are literally living in the last days of Earth there is no doubt or debate about it, Jesus Christ is coming faster then you think to bring judgement to the world and to destroy it. This really is URGENT, it’s NOT A JOKE ,Tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone, you can be alive one minute and gone the next, please take this opportunity to be on the side of Mercy confess your sins and wicked ways to Jesus , sincerely REPENT/turn away from them, and ask for his forgiveness- ask him to enter your heart and to be your Lord and Savior before it is too late , truly believe in him and he WILL do it because it is his promise. It’s important that you seek the righteous and Holy path of the Most high God so that you may inherit eternal life and be spared of Hell fire. You can begin a new life in Christ and have a genuine relationship with him, please repent. Jesus changed my life and he will change yours too🥰, May the Lord be with you eternally💕🙏🏾

I absolutely LOVE when I see that you’ve uploaded a new video! I’ve been following you since about February or March of this year just by a fluke because I saw one of your Costco shop with me videos. I’ve tried so hard to follow an anti inflammatory diet since (definitely have fallen off the wagon a few times but I’m not ashamed because it’s a process). I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life. Since March and cutting out mostly all inflammatory oils, gluten, processed foods/sugars, etc, I’m down almost 30 lbs and I feel amazing! I have decreased my thyroid meds and and no longer taking my anti depressant/anti anxiety meds. I can not thank you enough for what you do! I am also now spreading your information to my friends and family so that they can get healthier and eat better too!
