I'm tired of all the can't eat this tuna, or that tuna. We all don't make enough money to eat everything that is considered "clean". Everyone is on a budget these days, everyone is broke, why do you think we're all pissed in life!!? If you want to build muscle, get your carbs, your protein, kill it at the gym, and stay away from junk food. I'm tired of this good and bad stuff not to eat! Do what you can on a budget, eat what you can afford. Athletes and Hollywood actors are on a different level than all of us. They have the money, and resources (steroids), to look good. Plus every average person not making $80/100,000 a year, can't afford the good stuff. Eat what you can, and work out hard. Plus everyone's "body and genetics", are different from everyone else's. Never judge yourself on someone else's looks at the gym, only judge your process and how your body is progressing.. Go to work, pay your bills, train hard, try to eat the best you can, find love, pleasure, and surround yourself with good friends, f everything else in life. We all die in the end, just do your best in life...

Good vid thanks. I love cold tuna first thing in a morning. And you are absolutely right, getting lean isn’t about starving yourself, it’s about never being hungry and eating the healthiest options. Starving leads to over eating which one slip up can mess up a whole weeks of work.

Also you can flush the contents of the can with water. It will not get rid of all the junk but it will reduce some. Tuna sits in its oil/water inside that can for a very long time and getting rid of that old water saturated with junk, salt, soy, chemicals, reduces the amount of junk significantly. You can squeeze the open can lid against the contents and the fluid will come out easily, then under kitchen sink pour water into can, shake a little bit (calmly) and squeeze again. A few times of this will purify the tuna nicely. No need to buy 5 dollar tuna. Eating straight out of the can without flushing is no good. Same goes for canned chicken meat. This procedure is great particularly for reducing salt content, you can taste the difference, also other chemicals but it is not that good for reducing mercury which is trapped deep within the meat, inside meat cells...though I believe a very small amount can also be flushed out. Thanks for the video- I am from Poland and an avid consumer of sardines and other canned food especially now during COVID times and flush all my canned foods including vegetables and fruit. It reduces the concentration of sugar, salt, soy, or whatever chemicals are added to the contents. I keep calamata olives which are very salty inside water for a good few hours sometimes 24 hours and nearly all the salt is gone.

I think it was very nice of Mr. Williams to take us out on the first day he bought tuna in a can. I didn't catch the ratio of salt that should be in a can, but I guess I'll just have to watch the video again. And I thought tuna has a mercury content to eat? I've heard our bodies can ingest mercury, but can't get rid of it. I wouldn't want to risk my health for a couple of years of looking decent and decades battling illness.
