I use onion and garlic in every thing I cook and turmeric with it most every day 🤷🏼‍♀️naturally olive oil for salad and light frying ! I eat pickles beets does it counts? No beans for me I am diabetic 😏I grow green onion in the water on my windowsill and use the green part for salad or some foods ! I wonder if that count for onion?

I think you should eat at a young age by the time you reach 50 it will keep you healthy not to wait until you are 50 just like medicine you have to take it for a while before it worked just like children you have to give them vitamin at a young age you don’t wait until they are older
