Doc I got one question and this is the only one I need an answer for. Does the combination of fruit you eat matter.? Does it ruin your gut health by mixing fruit in your daily diet or should u eat one type of fruit a day

Mixing fruit doesn't diminish guthealth. Certain combination may go better together according to taste preference, though. A good tip is eat the sweetest fruit last.

Are you aware of the primary plant defense chemicals in all leaves,stems,roots,nuts & seeds I'm curious? The human brain-body require fat as an optimal fuel source,sugar (which all carbs breakdown into) only as a survival mechanism?

I'm surprised how many people believe in the plant defense chemical myth because all natural medicines are made from plants. The human brain actually runs primarily on sugar. You should look this stuff up before commenting. Also, I never said to cut all the dietary fat out. I said to consume more carbs. When you get a chance, go read the study I put in the description.

Are you aware that many people with European ancestry have different diet needs than people who have other ancestry? Not to mention the blanket statement that is used to describe what is currently known as “human healthl” … my mans here in this video is living proof that that’s not even necessary…. Please tell me how we’d even have enough food for ourselves as a species if we truly were obligate carnivores.

​@TribeByNoire the body makes the right amount of glucose through gluconeogenesis. The brain prefers to run on ketones. The problem with more carbs is that you run the risk of hyperinsulinemia. Sugar is the most addictive substance in the world. Most people cannot and will not cut carbs/starch because of their presumed dependence. Plant chemical defense is real...why do you think animals avoid certain plants? We are the only species that will eat a non-species appropriate diet. Lectins, oxalate, phytic acid are all anti-nutrients that prevent the bioavailability of the nutrients in these "foods".

@@flipino007a literally human evolution came from farming. The domestication of plants and animals. You eat domesticated animals that aren’t “natural”…. I don’t see you with a plate of jungle foul. Lol. So your point is exactly what? About what’s “natural”? Humans have always changed and invented things on the earth. I guess you’re gonna tell me to use toilet paper isn’t natural either? Weak arguement. Please come up with something better…
