*Upon rising: Herbal tea *1 to 2 hours after rising: Fresh fruit *Late morning: Coconut yogurt topped with berries, bananas, chia seeds, walnuts *Afternoon: More fruit, plus leafy greens. Drink ginger tea, Turmeric tea, or chai tea with the meal to help regulate blood sugar. *Evening meal: Big salad - Leafy greens, avocado, cashews, pumpkin seeds, diced onions, diced bell pepper, nutritional yeast, salsa, etc. *End with herbal tea

This is the best explanation so far about raw vegan foods. Thank you so much for your sharing your knowledge. Have subscribed and will be taking a look at your other videos. My biggest concern had been eating in the evening as I was not eating enough and would wake up in the evening. So I started to cook vegetables in the evening, like green banana, yam, chow chow, breadfruit etc with a small salad. What I do is IF 5 times a week. I have smoothie around 11.30 to 12pm. Then some fruits at 3.30pm and then dinner between 6 to 7pm. I will follow your plan for a few days next week and see how I go. Thanks again!
